Why The Screen Print Is Not Clear

if the screen printing print the pattern is not clear, maybe have some reasons as following:

1.screen printing plate tension is insufficient, this situation appears in the middle of pattern

2. ink is too thick or too thin.

3.the screen pattern is not fixed properly.

4.the ink is too more, so that the screen sag

‍5. squeegee angle when printing is too small, resulting in squegee and screen pattern friction to increase, the screen with the scraping before and after the move to make the pattern blurred

6. The substrate is partially greasy. Or screen version of the oil
