Screen printing refers to the use of silk screen as the base, and through the method of photosensitive plate making, made of silk screen printing plate with graphics. Screen printing is composed of five main elements: screen printing plate, scraper, ink, printing table and printing material. A part of the mesh printing plate can be used to penetrate the ink, and the non graphic part of the mesh can not be printed through the basic principle of ink. When printing, one end of the screen printing plate is poured into the ink, and the scraper is applied to the ink part of the screen printing plate to exert certain pressure. At the same time, it moves uniformly towards the other end of the screen printing plate, and the ink is squeezed from the mesh part of the picture part to the substrate on the move.
