How to solve the press felts traces:
we generally address the issue of felts marks by focusing on the following aspects:
1. Optimize felt selection: Choose felts with a finer surface pile and a surface weight of approximately 200 gsm to minimize heavy needle-punching marks.
2. Schedule felt replacements strategically: Prioritize replacing felts in the later press sections; whenever conditions permit, replace felts across different sections simultaneously to ensure consistent operating conditions.
3. Ensure proper felts cleaning and maintenance: Alternate between acidic and alkaline cleaning agents based on the level of contamination; thoroughly clean and inspect the felt surface during machine downtime; and conduct periodic nip impression tests to predict the felt's service life. 4. Adjust high-pressure water parameters: Set the oscillation stroke to at least the nozzle spacing (ideally twice the spacing); maintain the water temperature above 40°C and the pressure below 30 bar.
